We plan your journey based on your needs, considering any mobility challenges, health considerations, or special requests in advance to ensure comfort and safety.

We provide clear and transparent quotes for all bookings in advance. Each quote is calculated using:
- location (pick-up & drop-off)
- travel and waiting time
- plus any special inclusions or applicable surcharges.
Passengers can pay direct or we can charge your provider/facility if you have an approved support package. See T&C's for detail.

Geographic Coverage
Special Care Transport covers the Central Coast region of NSW. The majority of our demand falls within a 20-30klm radius of postcode 2261, however we can reach north to Lake Macquarie, south to the Hawkesbury River and west to Wisemans Ferry. Custom packages are also available, so call to discuss your specific needs with our friendly team.

Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV)
Special Care Transport offers a state of the art "Onda Autolift " wheelchair lift in our Gen3 Toyota Hiace. Full specifications can be found HERE. With a safe working load of 350kg, the lift is smooth, quick to deploy and fully secured. Meticulously maintained and fully certified you can enjoy complete peace of mind. Couple this with drivers who are fully trained on all aspects of safe operation and passenger transfer.

I have lovingly cared for my parents through their senior years. In doing so, I have gained a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges that come with age and disability.
